Payment terms:
There is no advance payment.
Payment of the price of work is carried out by the Customer in stages in accordance with the price of individual stages of work specified in the Schedule Form, with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the draft Acceptance Certificate from the Contractor. works, invoices and invoices in the original on paper, subject to the established standards for their registration.
Payment of the price of work for the last stage is carried out subject to the signing of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed for all previous stages.
The customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) in terms of the procedure and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
In the event that payment for the work performed by the Contractor is carried out in advance payment, the amount of which exceeds the values established by the organizational and administrative documents of the Customer, and there is no credit limit for the counterparty, or the amount of the established credit limit is insufficient, the Contractor, until the advance payment is made, shall provide the Customer with in the original on paper, an independent guarantee of the return of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment. The draft of an independent guarantee for the return of an advance payment must be preliminarily agreed with the Customer and meet the requirements of clause 2.6. Standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 3).
Delivery terms:
The total term of the work package, including the supply and installation of materials and equipment, measurements, tests and commissioning works - 02/25/2022 (confirmed by the submission of the "Schedule form" and the "Content, price and terms of work ").
An indicative schedule for the implementation of a complex of works:
1. stage: preparation - 80 calendar days from the date of the contract.
2. stage: 44 calendar days (from 11.11.2021 to 25.12.2021)
3. stage: 45 calendar days (from 11/01/2022 to 25/02/2022)
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) in terms of the timing of the work, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
Comments: A participant in the procurement procedure must
meet the following requirements:
1. The Participant of the procurement procedure
has no lawsuits for the amount of claims against
the latter exceeding 25% of the company's equity
capital (confirmed by the declaration of
compliance with the established requirements by
filling out and submitting the form "Declaration
of the Participant of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements" as
part of the application for participation);
2. Failure to liquidate a Participant in the
procurement procedure - a legal entity and the
absence of a decision of the arbitration court on
recognizing a procurement participant - a legal
entity or an individual entrepreneur - insolvent
(bankrupt) and on opening bankruptcy proceedings
(confirmed by declaring compliance with the
established requirements by filling out and
submitting the form "Declaration Participant in
the procurement procedure for compliance with the
established requirements ");
3. Non-suspension of the activities of the
Participant in the procurement procedure in the
manner established by the Code of the Russian
Federation on Administrative Offenses, on the day
of filing the application for the purpose of
participating in the procurement (confirmed by the
declaration of compliance with the established
requirements by filling out and submitting as part
of the application for participation the form
"Declaration of the Participant of the procurement
procedure on compliance with the established
requirements ");
4. The Participant of the procurement procedure
has no overdue debts for accrued taxes, insurance
premiums, fees and other obligatory payments to
budgets of any level or state extra-budgetary
funds for the last completed reporting period, the
amount of which exceeds 25% of the book value of
the procurement participant's assets according to
the accounting statements for the corresponding
period ... The procurement participant is
considered to be in compliance with the
established requirement if he or she appeals the
existence of the specified debt in accordance with
the legislation of the Russian Federation and the
decision on such a complaint on the day of
consideration of the application for participation
in the Request is not made (confirmed by the

5. The absence of information about the
Participant in the procurement procedure in the

290, 291, 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the

that are related to the supply of goods,
performance of work, provision of services , which
are the object of the procurement being carried

10. The absence of a conflict of interest between
the Participant of the procurement procedure and
the Customer, which means cases in which the head
of the customer, a member of the expert group, a
member of the procurement commission, the person
responsible for organizing the procurement
procedure are married to individuals who are
beneficiaries, the sole executive body of the
economic company (director, general director,
manager, president and others), members of the
collegial executive body of a business company,
the head (director, general director) of an
institution or a unitary enterprise or other
governing bodies of legal entities - participants
in the procurement, with individuals, including
registered as an individual entrepreneur, -
participants in the procurement or are close
relatives (relatives in a direct ascending and
descending line (parents and children,
grandfather, grandmother and grandchildren),
full-blooded and incomplete (having about common
father or mother) brothers and sisters), adoptive
parents or adopted children of the specified
individuals (confirmed by the declaration of
compliance with the established requirements by
filling out and submitting the form "Declaration
of the Participant of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements" as
part of the application for participation);
11. The period of state registration of the
Participant in the procurement procedure before it
submits an application for participation in the
procurement procedure must be at least one
calendar year (12 months) (confirmed by
information from the Unified State Register of
Legal Entities provided as part of the application
for participation);
12. The Participant must make a visit to the
place of work before the application for
participation in the procedure is submitted
(confirmed by the Participant's official letter on
confirmation of the site visit provided as part of
the application for participation);
13. The participant must have proven work
experience on the types of work specified in the
Terms of Reference for the last 2 (two) calendar
years before the publication date of the
procurement procedure for an amount not less than
the contractual cost of work (confirmed by the
completed form "Information on work experience"
provided as part of the application for
participation and copies of agreements (contracts)
certified by the Participant with all annexes and
acts of work performed / services rendered,
confirming the fulfillment of the agreement in
full);
14. The participant must confirm his agreement
with the customer withholding from all amounts
payable for work performed under the contract, a
guarantee withholding in the amount of 5% of the
amount payable until the signing of the final act
under the contract (expiration of the warranty
period). (confirmed by agreement with the
specified condition in the Application for
participation in the procurement procedure);
15. Place of registration of the Participant -
Krasnodar Territory, or the Participant must have
a separate representative office / branch in the
Krasnodar Territory (confirmed by information from
the Unified State Register of Legal Entities

participation, or, if there is a separate
representative office / branch, a copy of the
notice of registration of a separate
representative office / branch in the tax
authority);
16. The participant must confirm the availability
of qualified labor resources for the timely and
high-quality fulfillment of obligations under the
contract (confirmed by filling out and submitting
the form "Information on human resources" as part
of the application for participation, copies of
diplomas of higher education of specialists, an
extract from the staffing table).
Other requirements In justifying the proposed
cost of work, it is mandatory to provide estimated
calculations made in accordance with the
Requirements established by clause 1.6. Terms of
reference.
In case of non-submission of estimate
calculations as part of the application for
participation, your application for participation
in the procurement procedure will be rejected.
The procurement procedure is an internal
procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the
Company and should not be considered as an auction
in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code
of the Russian Federation, and is not a public
tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the
Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC "Sanatorium" Zapolyarye "reserves the right
at any time to refuse to continue carrying out
this Procurement procedure, change the conditions
for its implementation, and also refuse to
conclude an agreement with the Supplier, whose
proposal was recognized as the best based on the
results of the procurement procedure.
In this case, any costs associated with
participation in the procurement procedure are
borne by the participant independently.
