1. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process, tender or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the Winning Bidder of the request for proposals are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the Customer established by the specified articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

3. Detailed conditions for the provision of services in the documentation for the procedure.
4. The Bidder's offer must contain an indication of the cost of 1 (one) standard hour for repair work and the cost of complete assembly of 1 (one) equipment body.
