Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided, payment is made for actually performed works on the basis of certificates of delivery - acceptance of performed works, with a delay of payment not less than 30 (thirty) not more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The customer is ready to consider alternative proposals (including several) of the Participants in terms of the order and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing offers.

Comments:
Required requirements for the Supplier:
1. Absence of litigation at the Participant of the procurement procedure for the amount of claims against the latter, exceeding 25% of the company's equity capital;
2. The period of state registration of the participant of the procurement procedure before submitting an application for participation in the procurement procedure shall be at least one year.
3. Contractor's revenue for the past year shall not be less than the agreed value of the work, drawn up according to the volumes specified in the terms of reference.
4. The Participant's TKP shall comply with the requirements of the Terms of Reference.
5. The participant must make a mandatory departure to the place of work before submitting the application for participation in the procedure.
6. The participant must have proven work experience on the types of work specified in the specification.
7. The justification of the proposed cost of works requires the provision of local estimates in Excel format. Estimated documentation for construction and installation works must be performed by the basis and index method, in territorial or federal unit rates with the application of conversion indices estimated cost (Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, or CCS), relevant at the time of submission of documentation. The Contractor submits to the Customer for verification in PC "GRAND Estimates" a program file (file extension "xml") and in Microsoft Excel format. All materials, which are not in the normative base of PC "GRAND-Estimates", must be provided with documents confirming the cost of such materials in the form of a commercial offer or price lists material supplier.
If you do not comply with the above requirements, your application for participation in the procurement procedure will be rejected

The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the Company's selection of Suppliers and shall not be considered as tendering within the meaning of Articles 447—449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor shall the is a public competition governed by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC "Sanatorium "Zapolyarye" reserves the right at any time to refuse continuation of this Procurement procedure, to change the terms of its carrying out, as well as to refuse to conclude the contract with the Supplier whose offer is recognized as the best result of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any expenses related to participation in the procurement procedure the participant shall bear independently, the specified expenses under no circumstances LLC "Sanatorium "Zapolyarye" shall not be reimbursed.

Transfer of information to other divisions of LLC "Sanatorium "Zapolyarye" before the announcement of the results of the Procurement procedure is not allowed, if such facts are found, LLC "Sanatorium "Zapolyarye" is left reserves the right to exclude a potential Participant from further participation in the Procurement procedure.
