The tender procedure is carried out in 2 (two) stages.

STAGE 1 - Bidders submit bids as part of:
- Technical AND Commercial Proposal Commercial Proposal according to the Customer's form in xls and pdf format;
- organization card;
- presentation of the company or a reference list of similar works performed.

Companies that have submitted a Technical and Commercial Proposal that meets the requirements of the Terms of Reference and have been accredited according to the attached form will be admitted to the 2nd stage.

STAGE 2:
- online competitive bidding process on the B2B-Center E-Marketplace (rebidding).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
