Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Prices are given with all taxes and fees, as well as transportation and overhead costs.
Delivery terms:the term indicates a party to the application, which shall be calculated from the moment of signing the contract with the Organizer further transfer his Party on signature.
The term is not more than 12 weeks (84 days).
