1) The Customer has the right to amend the Notice of the Request for Proposals and the Documentation of the Request for Proposals at any time before the expiration of the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the Request for Proposals, as well as refuse to conduct the Request for Proposals at any time before summing up its results.
2) The Customer has the right not to conclude an Agreement based on the results of the RFQ.
3) The request for proposals is not a tender (tender, auction) or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447 - 449 of Part One and Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on the Organizer and the Customer the obligations established by the specified articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation ...
