The commercial offer is provided in 2 formats (Excel and PDF).
After drawing up a Commercial Proposal, make an estimate indicating all the necessary types of work and services, taking into account all the necessary materials, products, equipment, including those not included in the Commercial Proposal form.
The total amount of the Commercial Proposal must be equal to the amount of the bid on the E-Marketplaces.
Mandatory reservation by the Customer of a guarantee deduction of 5% before the expiration of 12 (twelve) months from the date of receipt of permission to put the Facility into operation
1. Works are performed by the Contractor in full, "turnkey", by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all necessary consumables and related expenses.
2. Prices for works and materials include all necessary overhead and other expenses - manufacturing, delivery, loading, unloading, warehousing, moving to the place of work and execution, consumables, organization of accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel and equipment to the place of work, business trip expenses, obtaining the necessary permits, garbage collection, geodetic and technical support of work, provision of the place of work with electricity, security, etc., i.e. all costs associated with the performance of work.
3. It is possible to replace equipment and materials with similar ones with the corresponding technical characteristics and parameters of other manufacturers, subject to agreement with the customer and the author of the project.
4. The amount of work actually performed is confirmed by the executive documentation
