Comments: Preliminary qualification selection for participation in the request for proposals for the implementation of a set of works on the installation of internal walls and partitions made of brick and stone
on the object: An apartment building with built-in premises, a built-in attached DOO and an underground garage at the address: 68 Malookhtinsky Prospekt, St. Petersburg, on a plot of land with cadastral number 78:11:0006010:1641.
Participants are required to fill in and upload:
- participant's information card
- an up-to-date extract from the register of SRO members;
- regulation;
- documents on tax registration (TIN, OGRN);
- accounting statements for the last reporting date with a note on the adoption of the IFNS, as well as f1ch1;
- calculations on insurance premiums for the last reporting period with a note on the adoption of the IFNS;
- VAT tax return for the last reporting period with a note on the adoption of the IFNS;
- a certificate (transcript) on the availability of fixed assets on the current date;
- staffing table for the current date;
- certificate of staffing according to the form of the CVM;
- documents on the availability of own or borrowed technical means, equipment for the performance of work.
Participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection according to this procedure will be invited to participate in the procurement procedure.
