Delivery terms:The packaging must comply with such requirements that would ensure the reliability and efficiency of protection of products from the moment they leave the manufacturer's plant until their arrival at the construction site for at least 6 (six) months under adverse conditions under the influence of the environment during loading , transportation by road, by rail, reloading and storage at the construction site for at least 12 (twelve) months. The contractor provides packaging and stowage of equipment in containers to protect it from damage during transportation and repeated reloading, loading and unloading.
Packaging and packing in containers, including, must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer of equipment and materials, as well as, if necessary, with the requirements of customs authorities.
Packaging and containers from the material supplied by the Contractor must be disposed of by the Contractor at his own expense, within 1 - 2 days, with the provision of a copy of the documents on the disposal performed.
