Auto-extension

Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided, payment is made for actually completed works on the basis of certificates of delivery and acceptance of completed works with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.

The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Bidders (including several) regarding the order and timing of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Bidders.

If an advance payment form is applied for the transaction, it is required to provide justification for the purpose of the advance payment by filling out an bid for participation in the procurement procedure (clause 5. - form, terms and payment terms).

In case of application of the advance payment form for the transaction, the Bidder is obliged to provide the Customer in the original on paper with an independent bank guarantee for the return of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment (The draft independent guarantee for the return of the advance payment must be agreed with the Customer in advance).
Delivery terms:180 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Bidders regarding the timing of the work, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Bidders.

The Bidder of the procurement procedure must comply with the mandatory requirements established by the Invitation to participate in the procurement procedure.

Other requirements

1. The Call for Bid Bidder must necessarily send as part of the bid for participation the completed form No. 7 approved by Rosstat Order No. 485 dated 07/01/2022.
2. The Bidder as part of the bid for participation must provide
in free form information on the detailed technical characteristics of the proposed equipment (whether the proposed equipment is certified maintainable, mass-produced, with permanent access to the stock of spare and replacement parts in the territory of the Russian Federation, availability of warranty and post-warranty service).

The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as a competitive bidding process in the sense of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue conducting this Procurement Procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized as the best based on the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any expenses related to participation in the procurement procedure shall be borne by the Bidder independently, the specified expenses will not be reimbursed under any circumstances by Sanatorium Zapolyarye LLC.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
