Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure by using the ETP functional (clarification requests).

2. To their proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the applicant's application and documents according to the application simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of scanned copy of its Commercial proposal (with indication of delivery time), signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the Organization-participant of this procedure (form attached). The organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of the participant in case of failure or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement.

3. The statement of volumes of works is made by the customer in absence of working documentation. The calculation of the cost must be provided for the amount specified in the enclosed form of a commercial proposal to establish and record the cost of the unit price. After determining the winner of the procurement procedure, the quotation will be recalculated to the actual volumes according to the working documentation, taking into account the fixed cost per unit.

4. When selecting the winner of the request for proposals will be taken into account the results of approval of the subcontractor LLC "Novatek-Tarkosoleneftegaz".
In case of refusal to agree on the part of the customer the next rated technical and commercial rating of the applicant will be considered as the winner.

5. Delivery and storage of materials of delivery of the customer and subcontractor (within the framework of performed works) is carried out by the subcontractor.

6. To provide on request offers:
- Partner Card;
- Commercial offer (on the enclosed form);
- Letter of Guarantee on unconditional signing of the draft contract in the wording of the contractor;
- Letter stating that all the costs of the AGC and the NDP, including the mobilization/demobilization of personnel and equipment, accommodation, food, the provision of fuel, the organization of the warehouse, delivery and storage of supplies of the customer and the subcontractor (as part of the work) Included in the price of the commercial offer;
- Letter of agreement with payment terms of executed works;
- Letter about performance of works according to the schedule of works production: 15.02.2019 to 15.12.2020;
- The letter about performance of all complex of works by own forces, at attraction of the sub-subcontractor it is necessary to provide information on division of volumes of works;
- Copy of the extract from the Register of SRO members, issued not earlier than one month before the deadline for submission of proposals;
- Charter
- Decisions of founders (shareholders) on amendments to constituent documents;
- Decisions of founders (shareholders);
- Certificates of registration of a legal entity, re-registering and tax registration at the place of location;
- Licenses, if the performed works, services belong to the type of activity subject to licensing;
- Accounting balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last reporting period, auditor's opinion;
- Declaration on VAT and income tax for the last reporting period;
- Certificate of IFNs on performance by the taxpayer of duties on payment of taxes, charges, penalties, fines, percents and the condition of settlements on taxes (not older than 30 days);
- Extract from the unified State Register of legal entities (Egrul) (not older than 30 days);
- Letters of the State statistics bodies on assigned codes (including okved);
- Information about the applicable tax regime and, if the organization applies usno, the notification of the tax authority on the transition to a simplified system of taxation;
- Card with samples of signatures and seals;
- Information on the presence of the counterparty at the place of registration, the actual location (documents confirming the right of lease, ownership of accommodation facilities);
- Copy of the passport of the manager and (or) the person signing the contract by the counterparty;
- Copy of the Order of appointment of Chief accountant;
- Information on experience, technical equipment, availability of bases, quantity and qualification of personnel (annex № 1-3);
- Information on reviews and recommendations (appendix № 4).
