2. 3. The statement of volumes of works is made by the customer in absence of working documentation. 5. Delivery and storage of materials of delivery of the customer and subcontractor (within the framework of performed works) is carried out by the subcontractor.

- Information about the applicable tax regime and, if the organization applies usno, the notification of the tax authority on the transition to a simplified system of taxation;

- Information on the presence of the counterparty at the place of registration, the actual location (documents confirming the right of lease, ownership of accommodation facilities);
- Copy of the passport of the manager and (or) the person signing the contract by the counterparty;
