Comments:
1. Signing of the contract as amended by OAO Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant (see attachment).
2. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art.1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
3. Work must be carried out in accordance with the statement of work.

5. If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure is entitled to accept the Offer from such Participant by e-mail InnaKlyug@mechel.ru, independently uploading this Offer to the site, through the System’s functionality, subject to the following conditions:
the participant must be registered in the System; each document included in the Offer must be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the Participant; each document included in the Proposal must be sealed by the Participant; the documents should contain an official letter of appeal to the Procurement Organizer asking them to post an electronic version of their proposal and refusing to make any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be placed by the Participant himself.
Offers are accepted by the Organizer up to 4 hours before the end of trading in the System. Notify the person responsible in advance by sending a proposal.
