(https://www.sibanthracite.ru/purchasing/procedures/). Участник представляет Коммерческое предложение (-далее КП) на любой Лот или все Лоты по собственному выбору. При этом не допускается разбиение КП на часть Лота по его отдельным позициям или на часть объема Лота. Определение Победителя осуществляется отдельно и независимо по каждому из Лотов.
Участнику, при подаче КП, необходимо учитывать, что для Заказчика, предложение с большим покрытием Лотов, при равных других условиях Участников, является предпочтительным.
