The detailed requirements for the project are reflected in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1) and its annexes.
If you are interested in performing work, please provide a commercial offer, no later than 12/28/2020, which must contain:
1. Commercial proposal in the form - Cards-proposals (Appendix No. 2);
2. Detailed cost calculation;
3. All necessary permits in accordance with the TK;
4. Constituent documents of the company, according to the list reflected in Appendix No. 3;
5. Consent to the processing of personal data in the form of Appendix No. 4;
6. Completed counterparty questionnaire in the form of Appendix No. 5.

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
