Payment terms:1. Payment preferably within 30-90 days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion, when advance payment is required to provide a bank guarantee (the list of banks in Appendix 5)
Delivery terms:1. The works are carried out at the following address: Chelyabinsk, Chelyabinsk Region, Str. Mechanical Engineers, 21. The territory of the existing industrial plant of PJSC "ChTPZ".
2. Passage of the audit client.
3. Technological and general industrial equipment - delivery to the customer;
4. Materials - Supply Contractor;
5. Compliance with the provisions on the admission of contractors to carry out works and services in the territory and facilities of the Company (Appendix 4).
6. Performing internal regulations at the plant (Appendix 7).
7. The calculation of the contract value to perform resource method (cost of resources must comply with the declared value of Chelinformtsentrom)
8. Payment preferably within 30-90 days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion, when advance payment is required to provide a bank guarantee (the list of banks in Appendix 5).
9. Conclusion of the contract and the conclusion for each object of a separate agreement of the contract provided in the form adopted in PJSC "ChTPZ" (Appendix 6).
