Contract performance security:Из суммы платежей Заказчик удерживает 4 (четыре) % для обеспечения качества Работ и надлежащего исполнения обязательств Подрядчика по устранению дефектов, возникших по вине Подрядчика с момента подписания КС-2, КС-3 в течение Гарантийного срока.
Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of works is made upon completion of works within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of signing of acts KS-2, KS-3.
The Customer withholds 4 (four)% from the amount of payments to ensure the quality of the Works and the proper performance of the Contractor's obligations to eliminate defects caused by the Contractor's fault since signing KS-2, KS-3 during the Warranty period.
