Advance payment of works in the amount of up to 30% is allowed for the purpose of Calling for Bidding/delivery of Subcontractor materials. In case of advance payment, within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the Contract, the Contractor shall pay the Subcontractor an advance, provided that the Subcontractor provides a Bank Guarantee of repayment of the advance payment in the amount of the advance. If the advance payment does not exceed 3,000,000.00 (three million rubles 00 kopecks), including VAT 20% 500,000.00 rubles. (five hundred thousand rubles 00 kopecks), a bank guarantee is not provided
