Payment terms:Payment for products is carried out by bank transfer by transferring funds to the account of the Service Provider. Payment currency - RUB. Terms of payment - upon completion of work under acts KS-2, KS-3.

Comments:
1. KP submission templates in the procurement documentation.
2. Availability of permits for the implementation of work;
3. All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier;
4. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
5. Work must be performed in accordance and in the amount of working documentation and the current regulatory framework of the Russian Federation.
6. If the supplier takes part in the bidding, it means that if it is declared the winner, it agrees to conclude a contract in the standard form of ZTZ JSC without a protocol of disagreement.
