Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment of the contract price (completed Phase) is made by the customer on the basis of the agreement signed by the parties. Act of acceptance of the executed works, subject to final payment (guarantee of retention) in the amount of 10% of the price of the completed phase, in accordance with paragraph 3.2.5. The Treaty, with a delay of thirty calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate of executed works, subject to the submission by the contractor to the customer a full set of documents. The customer makes the final payment (payment guarantee retention) on the fact of reaching and passing by the contractor to the customer of the result works suspended thirty calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of certificate of finished construction Object (form COP-14). Payment of the contract price shall be made by the customer by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the Contractor, or otherwise stipulated in the contract and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation. (In accordance with article 3. "The contract price and payment procedure" contract.)
