Payment terms:It is possible to pay an advance payment in the amount of not more than 25% of the total cost of services under the contract.
Delivery terms:1. Provision of spare parts and consumables for refitting the tanker is carried out entirely by the forces and at the expense of the Contractor upon prior agreement with the Customer in terms of the cost of necessary components.
2. The customer at the work site (site "Nezhdaninsky") provides fuel and lubricants, the cost rates are indicated in Appendix No. 8 to the TK.
3. If it is necessary to deliver components, special tools, consumables and spare parts necessary for work on the conversion of ATZ, it is carried out by and at the expense of the Contractor with the obligatory preliminary agreement with the Customer in terms of cost rates.
Only upon delivery of the designated goods and materials to the Nezhdaninsky site, the Customer shall reimburse the Contractor’s expenses on the basis of the supporting documents of the actual expenses incurred.

South-Verkhoyansk Mining Company Joint-Stock Company invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for selecting a contractor to perform a complex of services for refitting a tanker truck to obtain an ADR certificate.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
