The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Delivery of equipment for metrological work and personnel is carried out by the Contractor independently at the expense of the Contractor:
Railway to Novaya Chara station, East Siberian railway,
Air to Chara airport.
Then by the Customer's motor transport to the place of work at the address: 674159, Zabaikalsky Krai, Kalarsky district, village. Udokan. The contractor independently and at his own expense organizes the accommodation of the verifier.
