Comments:
The organizer has the right to hold the second stage (retorzhka), in case of receipt of
unsatisfactory results in the first phase.$ Before the peretorzha will be

participants. The winner of the procedure will be the proposal of the applicant who offered the best conditions in accordance with the requirements of the documentation.
The commercial offer must be submitted before 11.02.20. 13:00 (Moscow time),
Proposals submitted later than that date will not be considered.
Except in the case of decision of the second stage of submission of quotations for a limited list of suppliers.
