Payment terms:
The advance payment is not provided, payment is made for actually rendered services on the basis of monthly acts of acceptance of rendered services, with deferred payment not less than 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The price includes all costs, taxes and other mandatory payments related to the performance of the contract.

Ordering of consumables by the customer is carried out by phone. - Executor collects taken biomaterial (test tubes with blood) and delivery of samples of biomaterial in marked, hermetically closed containers, on its motor transport on working days since 8.00. Up to 12.00 hours, Saturday-from 8.00 to 12.00.

The results of the research are provided to the customer in paper and electronic form. The executor provides the results of studies by e-mail on the day of the study and in printed form by the courier service with the Seals of the organization not later than the next day after the study.
The procurement procedure is the internal procedure of selection by the supplier company and should not be considered as a bidding in the sense of articles 447 – 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public competition which is regulated by chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
