Обоснование: Согласно требований п. 12.8.17 «Положения о порядке проведения регламентированных закупок товаров, работ и услуг ОАО «Коммунэнерго» признать процедуру открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на выполнение мероприятий по технологическому присоединению электроустановок согласно ТУ № 14-206-095/18, ТУ № 14-206-096/18 (г. Мураши, ул. Фрунзе, д. № 20, д. № 22, код 24477, ООО "СЕВЕРСТРОЙГРУПП")» несостоявшейся в виду того, что поступило только одно конкурентное предложение, соотвествующее требованиям Документации по открытому запросу предложений в электронной форме.
