Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment is made monthly, upon completion of the work, by transferring funds from the Customer's account to the contractor's account no later than 15 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the work performed in the form of KS-2, KS-3.
The offer price must include: the cost of all taxes, duties, fees and mandatory payments in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, transportation costs, insurance costs, as well as all other costs.

Implementation of monolithic works (Columnar, strip, slab and combined foundations, reinforced concrete blocks).

Basic materials - concrete, reinforcement, anchor bolts (including chemical anchors) are provided by the Customer.

Consumables and related materials (including formwork, buckets, glasses, racks, crossbars) are provided by the Contractor.
