Comments:
It must be considered:
1. Costs for quarantine measures:
- an average of 1,700,000-1,900.00 rubles excluding VAT per night per person with three meals a day;
- in the period of quarantine (7 days), the collection of analyzes is twice prioked - 2 553,00 rubles excluding VAT per person for 1 analysis.
2. For the period of excitement of works:
- costs for living and kicking in the territory of JSC PAVLIK:
food፦ 677,64 RUB incl. VAT
accommodation - 629,82 incl. VAT.
3 Transfer Airport-pos. Gastello

Participants not attaching CP are not accepted for consideration.

1. Commercial offers, issued on the form of the organization, with signature and seal are accepted for consideration.
The KP is uploaded to the competition in two formats: 1. PDF with print and artist contacts 2. Excel or Word.

2. Preferred payment terms: 100% upon delivery to the supplier's warehouse within 60 calendar days.

3. A prerequisite for all bidders - consent to the proposed form of the contract, especially in terms of payment and penalties (It is recommended to attach a letter)

4. Attach a reference list of similar works for 5 years.

5. Priority for transportation and logistics through the trading port of Nakhodka, for interaction with the logistics company data are attached. The company is a participant, has the right to independently choose logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.

6. The validity period of TCH is not less than 60 calendar days.

This request for proposals is not a bid or a public contest in the understanding of Article 447-449.1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contract work and do not impose on the organizer obligations that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
Mandatory indication of the name of the proposed products and technical parameters/characteristics/manufacturer, incl. when submitting analogues.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
