Условия оплаты:1. Without advance payment.
2. Advance payment in the amount of not more than 50% of the amount of planned work in the reporting period + payment of 100% of the material to suppliers selected on the basis of GT (nomination) / long production time / exclusive supplier, etc. - specify the exact amount of the advance payment/or % incl. payments to third parties for material/equipment or subcontracting work. Payment under contracts concluded with suppliers of equipment and materials selected as part of GRAND TENDERS is made directly to suppliers, STRICTLY by letters of order. Payment by administrative letters is included in the advance payment limit under the Agreement. Provision of payments for the supply of equipment and materials to contractors selected within the framework of GRAND TENDERS is not required.
3. Offsetting the advance payment:
3.1. In the first reporting period in full 100%;
3.2. The schedule of offsetting the advance formalized by an additional agreement to the Contract with the indication of % retention;

* If the amount of work actually performed during the reporting period is not enough to offset the advance payment, interest is accrued on the amount of the advance payment not closed in the specified reporting period for the use of other people's funds in the amount of 1/365 key.
4. Terms of payment for completed works: no earlier than 15 working days from the date of signing, without comment, by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of completed works in the form of KS-2, Certificates of the cost of completed works and costs for the handicap KS-3, minus the Guarantee deduction and previously paid advance, as well as other payments, provided by the form of the Contract.
