Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The procedure of payments in accordance with the terms of the contract
Delivery terms:On completion of the works the Contractor shall send to the Customer Acceptance Certificate of work on stage in 2 copies to the annex, the result of work performed under the Terms of Reference and the terms of the contract.
Within 15 calendar days of receipt of the result of the work performed and the act of acceptance of work, the Customer forwards the e-mail or mail a copy of the signed certificate or a reasoned refusal of acceptance.
In the case of a reasoned refusal of the Customer, the parties prepared a bilateral act with the list of necessary improvements, the timing of their implementation.
If, within 15 calendar days after the receipt of the instrument of acceptance of work, it is not signed by the Customer and the Customer is not a written reasoned refusal to accept the work, the work considered to be accepted and claims for quality of work performed in the future will not be accepted.
In case of early execution of works Client may early adopt the work and pay for them.
If during the execution of the work turns out impossible to get the expected results or unreasonableness of further work, the Contractor is obliged to suspend it, informing the Customer fame in 5 days after the suspension of work. In this case, the parties are obliged within 15 days to consider whether to continue the work and directions. Upon termination of works the Customer shall pay the Contractor the cost actually incurred costs c taking into account the level of profitability that is embedded in the price of the contract.
