Payment terms:the payment for completed phase no. 1 Research (stage # 1 NIR) is based on an act of acceptance of the executed works on phase no. 1 NIR and invoices for Phase # 1 NIR within 20 (twenty) working days after the signing by the parties of the Act acceptance of the executed works on phase no. 1 NIR.
Payment for completed stage # 2 Research (step no. 2 NIR) is based on an act of acceptance of the executed works on phase no. 2 NIR and payment Phase # 2 NIR within 20 (twenty) working days after the signing by the parties of the Act acceptance of the executed works on phase no. 2 NIR.
Calculations are carried out under contract by transferring money in rubles to the account Executive Director, indicated in the contract.
Invoice is billed to the customer by the contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and is sent to the customer by express mail with a covering letter.
Delivery terms:7. Term of execution of works:

Start of development: from the day of conclusion of the contract
