When forming the cost of the Technical and Commercial Proposal and the deadlines for the execution of the stages of work, we ask you to take into account that the Customer reserves the right to choose the winner only for research and development (1st stage), only for OTR (2nd stage), or for both stages at once.

To participate, you must carefully read this invitation to participate, the terms of reference for the contest and confirm your intention to participate. To do this, you must submit the following documents to the E-Marketplace according to the list:

- bid for participation (according to the sample);
- signed Confidentiality Agreement (form attached);
- technical and commercial proposal (form 1, with signature/seal and excel);
- protocol of disagreements to the draft agreement or agreement with the draft agreement.
- applicant's application form (Form 2);
- a certificate of the availability of human resources (Form No. 3);
- a certificate of completed projects (form No. 4);
- list of equipment and mechanisms for performing work on the site (form No. 5);
- proposed subcontractors within the framework of the proposal (Form No. 6);
- constituent, accounting, permits of the company in accordance with the attached list of documents.

The provision of completed bids, forms No. 1-6, constituent, accounting, and licensing documents of the company is a prerequisite for participation in the competitive procedure.
