Comments:
Calculations are carried out using treaty settlement accounts, open sides in joint-stock commercial bank "Lanta-Bank" (AO). In order to fulfil this requirement, party procedure "request for proposals", the recognized winner "request for proposals", shall within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals to open a current account in JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (AO) for the purpose of carrying out the payments under the contract in respect of which a request for proposals was held.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a competition notice (public competition) or public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE, art. 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.

Party purchase, it is necessary to attach a commercial offer with the signature of a responsible person on the letterhead. Quotation and terms of execution of works submitted through the ELECTRONIC functionality must comply with the price and conditions in the offer.
