Ranking of bids

Comments: 1. The technical part of the submitted proposal must be certified by the signature of the supervisor with an impression of the seal. In the technical part, the list and composition of the works must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.)
2. The commercial part of the offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the E-Marketplaces. If the data in the attached Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
