Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer;
The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the COMPETITIVE Bidding process.

Questions on the procurement procedure are accepted until 16:00 Moscow time on 04/19/2024.

In case of disagreement with the terms of the basic agreement, a protocol of disagreement must be attached to the completed documents.
The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the COMPETITIVE Bidding process.

A commercial offer submitted without filling in the required documents may not be accepted for consideration.
