Companies approved by the security service are allowed to enter the following stages.

1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and Procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Participant in the System.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, as well as a reduction factor.
3) This request for proposals (prices) is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
4) If the contractor takes part in the auction, it means that he agrees, in case of declaring him the winner, to conclude a contract in the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and to provide services on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
5) The list of tender documentation is specified in the Application (attached)
6) The choice of the winner is made on the basis of a criterion assessment of proposals.
7) If the winner refuses to deliver for any reason, the customer has the right to conclude a contract with the second priority participant (according to the criteria assessment).
