Church. 437 CIVIL CODE, therefore, this procedure does not impose on LLC "Comfort" corresponding liabilities mandatory contract with the winner or participant.
LLC "Comfort" may refuse to perform this procedure at any time without incurring any liability to bidders, including the reimbursement of any costs associated with preparing and submitting an application to participate in this procedure.
