Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the completed Works under this Agreement is made by the Customer for each reporting period constituting a calendar month (full or incomplete in the first and last month of the Agreement) within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the end of the reporting period by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor in full, subject to signing by the Parties:
- certificate of acceptance of work performed in the form of KS-2;
- certificates of the cost of work performed and costs in the form of KS-3;
- certificate of acceptance of the completed construction of the facility in the form of KS-11
and receipt by the Customer of the invoice and invoice.
Delivery terms:Work performance period: from June 01, 2021 to December 31, 2021.

Comments:
1. Prices are considered unchanged until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations under the Agreement.
2. The volumes of construction and installation work / design work are given roughly, are specified by the terms of reference
3. The organizer of the request for commercial proposals reserves the right to announce the rebidding. The number of rebidding remains at the discretion of the Organizer.
4. The customer has the right to refuse to conduct an open request for commercial proposals or from its results, and also has the right to refuse to conclude an agreement at any time during this procurement procedure until the conclusion of the agreement.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
