Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for completed Works under the Contract is made by the Customer for each reporting period of a calendar month (full or incomplete in the first and last month of the Contract) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the acts of completed works by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account in full, subject to signature by the Parties:
- an act of acceptance of completed works in the form of KS-2;
- certificates of the cost of completed works and costs in the form of KS-3;
- acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the facility in the form of KS-11;
- statements on the use of the Customer's equipment for each object (when using the Customer's equipment);
- a summary report on the use of the Customer's equipment (when using the Customer's equipment)
and receipt of the invoice and invoice by the Customer.

Comments:
1. Prices shall be considered unchanged until the Parties have fully fulfilled their obligations under the Agreement.
2. The organizer of the request for commercial proposals reserves the right to announce a Rebidding. The number of Rebiddings is at the discretion of the Organizer.
3. The Organizer has the right to additionally request clarifying information on the information provided in the Questionnaire.
4. The work is performed by the Contractor's dependents - from his materials, his forces and means. All materials provided by the Contractor must be new, not previously used.
5. The establishment of the amount of Call for Bidding does not impose obligations on the Customer to order works and services in the amount corresponding to this amount.
6. The scope of work is indicative, specified by the terms of reference.
7. Confirmation of the availability of the information provided about warehouses/machines/personnel/tools according to the information provided in the requirements for Bidders - confirmed by an on-site audit at the site of the Contracting Organization (the winner of the Call for Bidding) before signing the contract!
8. The Call for Bidding Bidder must be positively accredited on the ER-Telecom Call for Bidding Portal by 05.05.2024 https://zakupki.ertelecom.ru/
