Auto-extension

Payment terms:Design and survey work: The cost of work under the Contract is paid by the Customer for each reporting period of work in the amount of the cost specified in all works acceptance certificates (project documentation) signed by the Parties for the reporting period within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the end of the reporting period, if any the signed act of acceptance of the work (project documentation), drawn up in the form of Appendix No. 2 to the Contract, for the reporting period, if the Contractor’s original invoice received via postal or courier service is available and and through a representative, and invoices.
SMR: Payment for the Works under this Agreement shall be made in full, within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the end of the calendar month in which the Works were performed in accordance with the relevant Tasks of the Customer subject to the signing of the Certificate of Cost Acceptance by the Parties of the COP-2 form Completed Works and costs in the form of COP-3, the act of acceptance of the completed construction of the object in the form of COP-11, the Customer’s receipt of the invoice and the invoice executed in accordance with the current legislation, by transferring money zhnyh funds to the account of the Contractor.

Comments:
1. Prices are considered unchanged until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations under the Contract.
2. The organizer of the request for business proposals reserves the right to announce the rebidding. The number of peretorzhek remains at the discretion of the Organizer.
3. Equipment provided by the OLT and SFP xPON modules.
4. The customer has the right to refuse to conduct an open request for commercial proposals in electronic form or from its results, and also has the right to refuse to conclude a contract at any time during this procurement procedure until the conclusion of the contract.
