Auto-extension

Payment terms:Design and survey work: The cost of work under the Contract is paid by the Customer for each reporting period of work in the amount specified in all works signed by the Parties for the reporting period (project documentation), within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the end of the reporting period, if any the signed act of acceptance of work (project documentation), drawn up in the form of Appendix No. 2 to the Contract, for the reporting period, if the Contractor’s original account is received via postal or courier communication channels and and through a representative, and invoices.
SMR: Payment for the Works under this Agreement shall be made in full, within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the end of the calendar month in which the Works were performed in accordance with the relevant Tasks of the Customer subject to the signing of the Certificate of Cost Acceptance by the Parties Completed Works and costs in the form of COP-3, the act of acceptance of the completed construction of the object in the form of COP-11, the Customer’s receipt of the invoice and invoice, executed in accordance with the current legislation, by transferring Echip funds to the account of the Contractor.
PIR Intercom: The cost of work under the Agreement is paid by the Customer for each reporting period within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the end of the reporting period if there is a signed acceptance certificate (project documentation) drawn up in accordance with the form of Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement, the original invoice and account invoices. The documents referred to in this paragraph may be received through postal or courier communication channels, or through a representative.
SMR Domofoniya: Payment for the Works under the Contract shall be made in full, within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the end of the calendar month in which the Works were performed in accordance with the relevant Tasks of the Customer subject to the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Act for the KS-2 form, certificate of the cost of Works and expenses in the form of COP-3, the act of acceptance of the completed construction of the object in the form of COP-11, the Customer’s receipt of the invoice and invoice, executed in accordance with the current legislation, by transferring money tv to the Contractor’s current account.
