Payment terms:Срок оплаты Заказчиком услуг Исполнителя не ранее 30 (тридцать) календарных дней после подписания акта выполненных работ обеими сторонами.
За нарушение сроков оплаты Заказчик уплачивает Исполнителю пени в размере 0,2% от суммы долга за каждый день просрочки.
При наличии просроченной дебиторской задолженности Заказчика перед Исполнителем, Исполнитель вправе приостановить оказание услуг до момента полного или частичного погашения Заказчиком задолженности, без возмещения Заказчику каких – либо расходов или убытков, связанных с приостановлением. Исполнитель не имеет права на получение с Заказчика % на сумму долга за период пользования денежными средствами на основании п.1 ст.317.1 ГК РФ.
