Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The advance payment is made in stages in the amount of 30% of the price of the corresponding stage. The advance payment for stage 1 is carried out within 30 calendar days from the date the Contractor submits an invoice for the advance payment. The advance payment for each subsequent stage is carried out after the start of the corresponding stage within 30 calendar days from the date the Contractor submits an invoice for the advance payment, as well as after the State Customer accepts the results of the work on the previous stage.
Payment for the work performed is made in stages based on the cost of the work, after documentary confirmation of the acceptance of work by the State customer within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of acceptance of the work performed (stage of work) between AECC JSC and the State customer, in an amount not exceeding the difference between the cost of actually performed work, confirmed in accordance with the procedure for authorizing payment of monetary obligations of recipients of federal budget funds established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, and the amount calculated as the product of the amount of the advance payment provided for by this agreement in percentage terms and the cost of actually performed work.
If the amount of the advance payment paid exceeds the cost of the actually performed work, the difference between them is subject to return within 5 working days from the date of receipt by the Contractor of the relevant claim from the Customer or is set off against the advance payment for the next stage of work.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
