Comments:
The amount of work on the roof area is 3,420 m2:
- dismantling of the old coating, screed and bulk insulation expanded clay;
- removal of construction debris outside the enterprise;
- preparatory work on capital repair of the roof;
- installation of metal tides (drip);
- laying of thermal insulation coating in two layers of 100mm each;
- installation of a counter-lattice and waterproofing;
- roof screed;
- laying of the insulating carpet: bottom - 3.5 mm, top – 4.5 mm;
- covering of the roof parapet 350 mm 7 500 mm.

The contract includes the following types of work:
- drawing up a schedule of work;
- drafting and approval of the PPR;
- organization of an effective construction process of the facility;
- production of works within the time limits established by the schedule of production of works;
- compliance with the approved construction budget;
- quality control of works;
- control of compliance with fire safety standards, labor protection, safety, environmental protection, as well as rules of conduct on the territory of an operating industrial enterprise;
- conclusion of contracts with suppliers, provision of construction materials, structures and equipment;
- formation and transfer of executive documentation to the customer;
- presentation of the object of the acceptance commission;
- the contractor undertakes to guarantee the maintenance of the constructed facility.
