The contract includes the following types of work:
- drawing up a schedule of work;
- drafting and approval of the PPR;
- organization of an effective construction process of the facility;
- production of works within the time limits established by the schedule of works;
- compliance with the approved construction budget;
- quality control of works;
- control of compliance with fire safety standards, labor protection, safety, environmental protection, as well as rules of conduct on the territory of an operating industrial enterprise;
- conclusion of contracts with suppliers, provision of construction materials, structures and equipment;
- formation and transfer of executive documentation to the customer;
- presentation of the object of the acceptance commission;
