Payment terms:Текущие платежи выплачиваются Заказчиком:
по строительно-монтажным, пуско-наладочным работам в размере 95 процентов от стоимости работ, указанных в актах сдачи-приемки работ, выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) банковских дней со дня подписания Актов сдачи-приемки работ;
платежи в размере 100 процентов от стоимости смонтированного оборудования выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) банковских дней после завершения пуско-наладочных работ.
Платежи по окончании работ и оказания всех услуг по строительно-монтажным, пуско-наладочным работам в размере 5 процентов от стоимости работ, указанных в Актах сдачи-приемки работ, выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) банковских дней со дня подписания Акта ввода в эксплуатацию (акт приемки законченного строительством объекта приемочной комиссией, форма № КС-14).
