Payment terms:Авансовые платежи выплачиваются Заказчиком в размере 30% от общей стоимости Работ и оборудования , в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня заключения Договора, представления счёта на предоплату и предоставления банковской гарантии .
Оплата по настоящему Договору производится Заказчиком при условии полного окончания Работ (поставки оборудования) по соответствующему этапу, в соответствии с приложением №2 к договору, в течение 30 банковских дней с момента выставления счета-фактуры, на основании подписанных сторонами актов сдачи-приемки выполненных Работ.
Delivery terms:Поставка материально- технических ресурсов на объект осуществляется подрядчиком.
