Обоснование: Согласно протоколу рассмотрения от 14.04.2020 № ПРС 140420/3 заявка ООО «АЗИМУТ» отклонена в соответствии с п. 5.3.4.б ч. I Документации о закупке, так как заявка участника не соответствует пп. 9.h ч.II «Инф карты»; 3.в; 4.ж,з,л, прил 2 ч.II «Инф карты». Заявка АО «ПУСКОВОЙ ЭЛЕМЕНТ» отклонена в соответствии с п. 5.3.4.б ч. I Документации о закупке, так как заявка участника не соответствует пп. 7 Технического задания; 9.h ч.II «Инф карты»; 4.е,л,к прил 2 ч.II «Инф карты». В соответствии п. 7.5.1.в. Единого стандарта закупок ПАО «Россети» (Положения о закупке), (протокол заседания Совета Директоров ПАО «МРСК Северного Кавказа» от 25.12.2018 № 363) процедура закупки признается несостоявшейся. В соответствии п. 7.5.7. Единого стандарта закупок ПАО «Россети» (Положения о закупке) вопрос о заключении договора с ООО «ИСК «ГЕЛИОН» выносится на заседание Центрального закупочного органа Общества.
