2. Terms of payment - deferral of 60 cal.days
3. Specify the warranty for materials and work performed
4. Provide a technical and commercial proposal in accordance with the terms of reference, indicating unit prices for works and materials
5. Confirm the repair with the use of equipment, materials, tools of the Contractor
6. Confirm the experience of performing similar types of work specified in the Requirements Specification
7. Confirm departure to the facility for inspection of the production site (coordinate departure with Girenko Alexander Vladimirovich 8 (960)-47-33-094)
8. Term of performance of contract works (specify the term in calendar days)
9. Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (in calendar days)
10. Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider
