The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages.
1. stage: it is necessary to fill out the TCH form (attached to the tender documentation) and upload it via the B2B-Center ETP until 12:00, 08.11.2021. in Excel and scanned formats (certified by the signature of the General Director and the seal of the organization).

2. stage: it is necessary to fill in the prices for the B2B-Center ETP and DOWNLOAD the updated TCH form (attached to the tender documents) in excel and scan formats (certified by the signature of the General Director and the seal of the organization). Offers without uploaded TCH files - WILL NOT be considered.

1. A prerequisite for the Tender is price fixing.
2. A prerequisite for the Tender is the presence of a valid accreditation of LLC "GK FGC".
IMPORTANT!!!
Information for organizations that have not previously received accreditation to participate in tenders held by LLC "GK FGC" or the term for obtaining it exceeds 1 (one) year:
It is necessary to pass accreditation on the website https://fsk.ru/about/tenders before submitting a Commercial offer or in parallel with this process and inform Kamshina A.Yu. about it by e-mail. KamshinaAY@fsk.ru.
3. Prices in the Commercial Offer to the Tender must be indicated including VAT.
4. If you do not agree to sign the attached form of the Agreement of LLC "GK FGC", it is imperative to attach your Protocol of Disagreements when submitting a commercial proposal.
5. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of LLC "GK FGC" at the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system's regulations, the winner of the request for proposals is a participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and has proposed the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established the documentation for this request for proposals. (Regulation of the B2B-Center System, chapter 8, p. 8.10.1).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
