The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages:

STAGE 1 - Collection of commercial offers from 09/15/2023 to 09/28/2023 until 12.00 Moscow time
Download ETC. (initial bidding documentation), fill out the Technical and Commercial Proposal form of the FGC Group and send it to the responsible tender officer by e-mail KurnosovaAY@fsk.ru the completed Commercial Proposal in xls format., or upload to the B2B-Center Prequalification Selection No. 3431837 by 09/28/2023.
PLEASE NOTE the mandatory detailed completion of the tender conditions in the form of Technical and Commercial Proposal.
Companies that have been accredited by FGC Group of Companies will be admitted to the 2nd stage (https://fsk.ru/about/tenders ) and submitted Commercial Proposals that meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference.

STAGE 2 - Conducting an online competitive bidding process at the B2B-Center E-Marketplace among companies accredited in the FGC Group of Companies that took part in the 1st stage of the tender procedure.
Within the deadlines set after the 1st stage, it is necessary to upload the final Commercial Proposal to the B2B-Center site in xls and pdf format, certified by the signature of the Director General and the seal of the organization, taking into account possible comments worked out after the preliminary stage.

The offer price on the site must correspond to the data specified in the Commercial Proposal submitted by the Bidder in the uploaded documentation.
Proposals without a downloaded Technical and Commercial Proposal file will NOT be considered.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
