The Contractor shall pay the Subcontractor on a monthly basis based on the amount of work presented by the Subcontractor as of the last day of the reporting period. The reporting period is a calendar month.
Payment for the work performed is made on the basis of documents signed by the Parties, within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Delivery - acceptance of the work performed and the provision of an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
